
At Shortstop Kitchen & Catering, we have a deep passion for food and its ability to bring people together. Our founder, Bianca Raffo, has always loved cooking and entertaining, which led to the creation of our catering business. She graduated from San Diego Culinary Institute In 2019 and has been perfecting her various cuisine recipes since.

All cuisine types available *ask us for menu ideas. Catering options include (but not limited to) buffet style, plated dishes, cocktail tray passing, cooking stations, private hibachi. Available throughout Southern California!
